I just bought a product at the Walmart Neighborhood Market. On the package the product is described as Sanitary, Disposable, and Fun. Want to know what it is........................................................................straws. Yes, straws. The description kind of puts me off.

Each player of this game starts off with ten weird things or habits or little known facts about yourself.

<lj-cut>
1. My best friend, the one that knows pretty much all of my secrets, is old enough to be my mom.

2. When I was younger, I wanted to raise and train horses.

3. I don't have milk with my cereal. For some reason I think this is gross.

4. My cat Mason has to have a hug when I get home. He reaches for it.

5. I think I really only love reading.

6. I don't understand why people say someone is being a Grinch or a Scrooge. Do they not know the end of the stories? They turned good. You can't call someone that. It doesn't make sense.

7. I think it should be a law that people have to take and pass a test before they are able to have children.

8. Each year I envision myself dying in a new way. Always in car.

9. I have daydreams where I save people and they love me forever.

10. My dad divorced my mom when I was 8 and I think of him as just a relative, not my dad. This makes me sad sometimes.

Foggy Thoughts

Today it is foggy. It is cool how walking through the fog, you can feel the fog on your lips. Another thing, Pumpkin Spice cappacino is good, in limited quantities. Also, I have come to the realization that getting older isn't so bad. You know how memories. A smell, a phrase, a thought, can take you back to another time. I like this. The downside to this is that I am now old enough that I can "look younger". A co-worker said she liked my hair and that the blonde in it made me look younger. Hmm.

Arrr! They should be made to walk the plank!

Shiver me timbers! They remade My Friend Flicka and they completely changed the story. There is a girl, and college, etc. It is a travesty.

Well, I am getting ready to start class now. I am pretty sure I failed a test last night which royally sucks. I am in a class that is completely unorganized and sucks. A lot of things suck. Is there a pattern here, yes, I think there is.

Today I went and got my first non-earring piercing. Well, it is still in the ear, so it isn't as much as [info]cadence1, but by golly it was a lot for me. I even went to an actual piercing place. I have to say, as dumb as it may sound, that I feel immensely cooler than I did before. This could be the beginning of something....but exaclty what, I don't know yet.

List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're not any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your livejournal along with your 7 songs. Then tag 7 other people to see what they're listening to.

Well, I can't really tag anybody because I only know the people that [info]falfax and [info]monsterofmud know.

Stadium Arcadium - Red Hot Chili Peppers (I haven't listened to it long enough to know the songs)
Temperature - Sean Paul
Sweet Dreams - Marilyn Manson
Minature Disasters - KT Tunstall
Theme Song of CSI "The Original" Who Are You - The Who
Clasiqueando con Rubén - Afro-Cuban All Stars
Living Room - Paris Combo

A Movie Question

shmoo
This is somewhat directed towards [info]monsterofmud as his knowledge of film is overwhelming, but if anyone else knows feel free to chip in. I watched a Russian movie this weekend called Night Watch. It is suppose to be the first movie in a trilogy and I am wondering when the next one will come out. I think this movie was originally released in 2004 but just came out last week to Blockbuster.

On another note, the Shmoo arrived yesterday. After it gets settled in I am hoping to post some photos of it.

I am 38% Asshole/Bitch.
Part Time Asshole/Bitch.
I may think I am an asshole or a bitch, but the truth is I am a good person at heart. Yeah sure, I can have a mean streak in me, but most of the people I meet like me.

I am 9% White Trash.
Not at all White Trashy!
I, my friend, have class. I am so not white trash. . I am more than likely Democrat, and my place is neat, and there is a good chance I may never drink wine from a box.
I am 29% Hippie.
Wanna Be Hippie!
I need to step away from the tie-dye. I smell too good to be a hippie and my dad is probably a cop. Being a hippie is not a fashion craze, man. It was a way of life, in the 60’s, man.</div>

I am 23% Goth.
Wanna Be Goth.
I wanna be a GOTH. But I'm not. Smoking cloves and too much eyeliner a goth does not make. I'll go home and take your Cure CD's with me.

"Pee-wee's Playhouse" is returning to television

At long last Pee-wee is coming back.

I remember watching Pee-wee every Saturday morning.

Oh, another one.

Just when you think you have heard of the last pregnant "star", another one appears. One that should not be breeding.

I can't figure out what kind of cell phone to get. I received this Nokia 6102 in the mail but it feels flimsy. I haven't even activated it yet. I keep going back and forth and can't decide and I want to just send it back and keep my simple phone that has no radio, no camera, no bluetooth..instead I am driving myself nuts that I am not going to make a good decision.

I also got my hair cut last night and I don't know about it this morning. When I washed it this morning it almost felt like I had a mullet. I have never had nor have I ever felt a mullet, but I think I have been mulletized. Either that or it is something from the 80s. Which makes me want to laugh and cry at the same time. Maybe it is just Morning After Haircut Syndrome. I can only hope.

The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and I am not at work. What could make for a better day than this.....I am also going to go see American Haunting. Please, no one disillusion me that this movie sucks. I want to see for myself. A good lunch, a little drinky drink and the day is going to be perfect. I hope everyone else has such a day.
